Job Overview
You’ll be responsible for shaping and maintaining high quality, robust cancer related proposition components across our health insurance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead domain expertise for end-to-end cancer proposition
- Shape, design and implement high value propositions
- Work with segment and marketing teams
- Partner with providers and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] colleagues
- Develop and monitor KPIs and product performance
Work Arrangements
At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] we work smart, balancing home and office. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days in the future.
Your Skills & Experience
- Understanding of healthcare and insurance
- Exposure to claims or customer operations desirable
- Analytical and service proposition design capability
- Risk management skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management
- Project management with go-to-market experience
- Ability to overcome ambiguity
- Curiosity for innovation
