Head of Proposition Performance

Salary: From £75,000 dependent on experience

Type: Permanent contract, Full-time

Work: Hybrid (at least 2 days/week away from home)

Job Overview

You’ll lead the development, refinement and optimisation of market aligned health insurance propositions to support [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s Proposition, Transformation & Distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end to end performance of propositions
  • Develop customer and business reporting framework
  • Create feedback loops from insight
  • Diagnose performance issues and opportunities
  • Translate strategy into segment appropriate propositions
  • Lead new proposition development
  • Partner with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] teams
  • Influence without direct authority

Work Arrangements

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] we work smart, empowering people to balance home and office. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days (60%) in the future. Flexible working available.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Deep experience in developing regulated insurance products
  • Proven track record in product/proposition performance
  • Understanding of cost and pricing models
  • Understanding of UK healthcare sector dynamics
  • Risk management skills
  • Excellent storytelling and communication
  • People management experience
  • Commercial acumen

Additional Requirements

Eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This role is subject to IDD regime and background screening every 4 years.
