Job overview: The Data & AI Business Partner is a key role within the Chief Data Office (CDO) of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], responsible for driving insights and embedding AI into business activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prioritise, oversee, and define analytics initiatives to deliver actionable insights and measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define high-value data & AI use cases.
  • Lead the development and delivery of automated business intelligence (BI).
  • Lead migration to new data platform from SAS and Business Objects to modern data stack.
  • Lead adoption of self-service analytics data & AI platforms.
  • Contribute to data & AI governance and ensure compliance.
  • Manage a high-performing analytics team.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and data & AI-driven thinking.

Work arrangements: At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] we work smart, empowering our people to balance time between home and office. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements.

Your skills & experience:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Actuarial, Statistics, or related field.
  • Significant experience leading analytics teams and delivering end-to-end analytics projects in Insurance or Healthcare sector.
  • Strong expertise in BI & analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and analytics frameworks (Databricks, Python, SQL).
  • Exceptional ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • Proven collaboration skills working cross-functionally.
  • Transformation and product management experience.
  • Fluency in English, French a plus.
