Job Overview

Are you passionate about making insurance accessible and inclusive for all? We’re seeking a motivated and analytical Inclusive Customer Proposition Executive to join us on a 12 month FTC, to support the development and delivery of innovative insurance solutions aimed at financially vulnerable populations. Working within [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]&I’s strategic initiative, you’ll collaborate across teams to shape, develop and launch impactful propositions that promote financial resilience and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end proposition development for inclusive insurance initiatives, from insight generation and concept design through to delivery, launch and ongoing optimisation.
  • Contribute to shaping [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]&I’s inclusive insurance strategy by providing insights, market analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, underwriting, digital, legal, marketing and operations to translate proposition requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Assist in developing business cases, including customer value propositions, financial viability and social impact assessments.
  • Assist operational readiness activities, ensuring customer journeys, systems and processes are prepared for successful launch.
  • Help monitor proposition performance, customer outcomes and KPIs post-launch; identify opportunities for scaling and improvement.
  • Prepare structured updates and reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks and key decisions.
  • Facilitate partnership and B2B2C proposition delivery by working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Work Arrangements

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Experience in proposition development, product management, or customer strategy within insurance, financial services or a regulated environment.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Presentation skills, including preparing and delivering clear, structured updates, recommendations, and materials for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in an agile environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance product lifecycle, underwriting, pricing and digital delivery considerations.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate activities and handle project delivery milestones.
  • Knowledge of social impact or inclusive finance initiatives.
