Job overview: You’ll work with the Head of Marketing to maintain and develop the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] insurance broker websites. You’ll also manage the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] YouTube channel and the Sales & Marketing SharePoint site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] teams and technical stakeholders to shape activities on the broker website and SharePoint site.
- Ensure broker website and SharePoint site showcase [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s propositions clearly.
- Manage and maintain broker website and SharePoint site to optimise user experience and business benefit.
- Proactively establish and manage development pipeline, working closely with the development partner.
- Maintain [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] YouTube channel.
- Deliver reporting of activity, effectiveness measures and monitoring for broker website.
- Build strong relationships with development partner, Optimizely, Oliver Design and external suppliers.
- Proactively explore AI-based solutions to improve website effectiveness.
Work Arrangements
At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] we work smart, empowering our people to balance time between home and the office. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Flexible working available.
Your Skills & Experience
- Extensive website management experience essential.
- Ability to code in basic HTML5, CSS3 and vanilla JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience of Optimizely CMS (or similar Enterprise CMS).
- B2B marketing or complex B2C marketing preferred.
- JavaScript frameworks (React) experience and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of SEO best practices, technical optimisation and analytics.
- Basic UX principles and understanding of user journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and project management skills.
