The role

We’re looking for an Angle Fabricator Operator to join our Manufacturing team. You’ll operate angle fabrication machinery and produce high-quality fabricated angles to drawing, specification, and “Right First Time” standards—while maintaining a safe, efficient work area. Reporting to the Fabrication Team Leader, you’ll be part of a team focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate angle fabrication machinery (including angle punches and section rollers)
  • Read and interpret technical drawings/specifications
  • Set up and adjust machines to achieve required dimensions and tolerances
  • Monitor equipment performance and product quality; make adjustments where needed
  • Carry out routine inspections and cleaning to ensure safe, reliable operation
  • Record production activity, materials used, stock usage and scrap accurately
  • Identify and report faults/malfunctions and liaise with maintenance when required
  • Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Suggest improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety
