Key Relationships: Chief Underwriting Officer, Head of Wholesale Markets, Chief Information Officer, Head of Operations, Head of Modernisation, Head of Engineering Shared Services, Head of Enterprise Architecture, Head of Infrastructure and Operations, Head of IT Outsourcing Shared Services, Business Change Leaders and Delivery Leads, Technical delivery leaders and teams, software vendors, system integrators, service providers and business leaders across the organisation.

Job Summary: As a Technology Product Manager for Wholesale, you will play a key role in owning the entire technology product solutions that support one of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s core value streams, Policy Servicing. You will act as the primary technology partner for Wholesale markets, translating business needs into actionable product roadmaps and driving the successful value delivery through incremental and transformational change. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and global technology teams to ensure that platforms and systems that deliver policy servicing capabilities for Lloyds and other wholesale markets are reliable, well supported, and continuously improved. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Planning: Shape and execute the technology delivery strategy and roadmap for Wholesale aligned with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s modernisation and growth objectives. Drive prioritisation of initiatives and investments, translate business requirements into technical specifications, champion innovation.
• Delivery Management: Drive end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives within the Wholesale portfolio, champion agile and DevSecOps practices, own backlog governance and prioritisation, foster vendor partnerships, oversee system governance and incident management.
• Information Security and Compliance: Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Wholesale systems through robust security measures and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with IT leadership, legal and compliance teams.
• Finance and Vendor Management: Contribute to management of annual plans and budgets, optimise cost efficiency across technology delivery, vendor contracts, and resource allocation.

Person Specification:

• Essential: Proven product management experience in technology delivery within Commercial Lines insurance within Lloyds London Markets. Deep understanding of market structures, policy lifecycle, broker-led placements, Guidewire and/or Synergy, PAS systems integration, digital placement platforms, data and reporting needs.
• Preferred: Data Literacy (SQL, BI Tools), university degree, certifications in Agile Leadership, Scrum Master, ITIL, or Project Management.
• Skills and Abilities: Expertise in Core PAS functionality, Agile delivery, ITIL service management, digital transformation, stakeholder management, Jira expertise.
