Job Details

A high-end conference centre with accommodation, located near Maidenhead, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie who genuinely enjoys cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

This role offers excellent work-life balance with straight shifts, paid overtime, and regular weekends off. You will be part of a professional kitchen producing high-quality food tailored to each client, from elegant finger food and street-food concepts to refined fine dining.

Chef de Partie - Highlights

  • £30,000 - £31,000 per annum (DOE)
  • 40 hours per week
  • Straight shifts only - 7am-3pm or 1pm-9pm
  • Overtime paid
  • At least 1 weekend off per month
  • Closed for 7 days over Christmas

The Role

  • Running your own section, cooking from fresh on a daily basis
  • Working with high-quality seasonal ingredients and local produce
  • Preparing food for events ranging from informal street food to fine dining
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
  • Supporting the senior kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie cooking fresh food from scratch
  • Passionate about quality ingredients and seasonal menus
  • Well organised and comfortable working straight shifts
  • Keen to develop and progress within a professional kitchen environment
