The Role
Our client is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join their logistics team. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, seamless documentation, and clear communication across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Data: Maintain WMS records, track stock movement, and generate performance reports.
- Documentation: Process delivery notes and invoices with high accuracy.
- Coordination: Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to schedule collections and deliveries.
- Order Support: Verify and process orders for dispatch, ensuring all statuses are updated.
- Compliance: Support Health & Safety standards and maintain audit-ready records.
What We're Looking For
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse software (e.g., SAP, Oracle); strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience: Previous admin or warehouse experience is preferred, but a keen eye for detail and strong IT skills are essential.
- Communication: Ability to work effectively with both office staff and warehouse teams.
