About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for our client, a leading distributor of beers, wines and spirits supplying the public sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation based in Northampton NN4.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Valid B1 Counterbalance licence with strong experience operating FLTs in a fast-paced, safety-focused workplace
• Experience using 3.5-tonne double pallet handlers (essential)
• Comfortable with some manual handling
• D1 Reach licence beneficial but not essential
• Physically fit and capable of meeting role demands
• Ability to start immediately is an advantage
