About the Role
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic CDP's to join our client's busy university in Durham. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for all students, lecturers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Cooking and plating meals
- Producing individual specialised diets
- Exercising judgement on portion control, uptake, and food wastage
- Supporting catering for events and functions
What We're Looking For
- Experience in high-volume catering
- Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Understand dietary requirements and food safety standards
- Willing to complete mandatory training and follow compliance protocols
