Warehouse Operative

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is currently recruiting dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established client based in High Wycombe.

  • Location: Reading, Berkshire
  • Contract: Temporary ongoing Mon - Fri
  • Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

What You Will Be Doing

  • Handling goods‑in and ensuring stock is processed correctly
  • Picking and packing orders accurately
  • Preparing outbound shipments
  • Loading and unloading items as required
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe
  • Working to site procedures and following health & safety guidelines
  • Process outbound materials/orders in line with work instructions

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience (1-2 years preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a physical, fast‑paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic

Desirable but not essential

  • Full UK driving licence
