[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a motivated, positive and organised person to join the Mental Health Floating Support Team in Bournemouth. Position

You will act as a key Support Worker for a number of customers, carrying out regular one to one sessions, enabling positive, trusting and respectful relationships to be built and to enable them to achieve their goals and move forward to independent living. You will be a valued member of a dedicated and strong team in role where you can genuinely make a real difference, by providing tenancy support, information and advice to individuals to take control and lead independent, fulfilled lives. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] also supports with accessing health care, maximising income, budgeting, debt management and signposting to other services. The aim is to reduce and/or prevent homelessness. The post holder will work 37.5 hours per week between 9-5, Monday to Friday.

Previous experience of working with mental health, homelessness and/or other socially excluded people and a good understanding of safeguarding is beneficial but not essential as training will be given.
