Your Role

As a HR and Payroll consultant at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will assist prestigious companies to maximize productivity. Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and process end-to-end payroll for employees.
  • Coordinate payroll projects and process payroll for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, including tax and National Insurance, pensions, and statutory reductions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Update employee information and records.
  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • Address employee inquiries about payroll.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams.
  • Understand year-end payroll processes.
  • Stay informed about payroll legislation updates.
