  • Responsible for line set up at the start of production, weight checks, product measurements and foreign body management.
  • Make adjustments to the lines to ensure quality standards are met constantly.
  • Manage line efficiency – planned vs actual run rate.
  • Collect pastry waste and send it for rework.
