Job Title: Care Bank Support Workers (flexible hours, various services in Bradford)
Salary Details: £14.12 per hour inclusive
Posts: Care Bank / flexible (shifts to include weekends and bank holidays)
Location: Bradford – various locations

About the Role

The work of our staff can be hugely rewarding and provides the opportunity to make noticeable differences in the day to day lives of adults with learning disabilities. Our services offer a warm and welcoming environment, where we encourage and support tenants to live independently, but we are always on hand to help and provide reassurance 24/7.

As an experienced Support Worker, you will motivate and encourage, ensuring the delivery of personal support to the residents encouraging choice, participation and motivation enabling them to live the life they choose.
