Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] on a full-time basis.
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a long-established, single-site small animal practice in Rugby, proudly serving the local community for over 75 years. We are a friendly, supportive team with a strong reputation for delivering high standards of patient care and excellent client service.
Our well-equipped practice includes five consulting rooms, two sterile theatres, dedicated dental suites, digital and dental radiography, ultrasound with cardiac probes, in-house laboratory equipment, ECG, and a newly refurbished isolation suite. As an ISFM Cat Friendly accredited practice, we are committed to providing a calm and comfortable environment for our patients.

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.
- Deliver high standards of nursing care across a varied first opinion caseload
- Support surgical procedures, including anaesthesia monitoring and theatre nursing
- Provide excellent inpatient care and support patient recovery
- Run and support nurse-led clinics, promoting preventative healthcare and client education
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
- Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS
- Experience working in clinical practice, with growing confidence in medical and surgical nursing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively
- A proactive approach to learning, reflection, and continuous improvement
