Registered Veterinary Nurse - Branch Manager

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], part of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to lead their practice in Dewsbury (relocating to Mirfield). This is a full-time, on-site role with a salary up to £33,000 per annum.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the practice along with the leadership team
  • Drive the practice forward through relocation and growth
  • Support and develop the clinical and non-clinical team
  • Act as a Clinical Coach, supporting student veterinary nurses
  • Play a key role in achieving and maintaining PSS compliance
  • Work closely with the wider [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] for support and best practice sharing

  • A confident, motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse
  • Experience in leadership role or ready to take that next step
  • Passion for team development, training, and high standards of care
  • Confident, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to shape a growing practice
  • Qualified and willing to act as a Clinical Coach (or happy to undertake training if required)

Hours & Rota

The role is based on a 40-hour working week, with hours worked over four or five days. There is a 1-in-4 Saturday morning rota from 8:00am to 1:00pm, and the position does not include any out-of-hours responsibilities.
