Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal

About the Role
Abbey Vet Clinic is looking for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, supportive, and forward-thinking team in Arbroath. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident clinician ready to take the next step in their career within a well-established two-site practice. You will enjoy a varied and rewarding first opinion caseload, with genuine clinical freedom. The practice works closely with Cats Protection, running a dedicated cat clinic.

How You’ll Make a Difference
- Deliver consultations, diagnostics, medical and surgical treatment
- Manage routine and complex first opinion cases
- Perform procedures including soft tissue surgery and dentistry
- Work collaboratively with a supportive veterinary and nursing team
- Contribute to clinical standards and ongoing practice development
- Participate in a shared Saturday morning rota
- No out-of-hours requirement
Working Pattern: Full-time: 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days (flexible). Flexible and part-time working options available. Saturday morning rota shared fairly across the team. No OOH commitment.

You Might Be a Great Fit If...
- A Veterinary degree and RCVS registration (or eligibility)
