[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], Leyton, London | Part Time, Flexible | Salary up to £65,000 FTE DOE

About the Role

We’re looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Whether your passion lies in consulting, surgery or medicine, we’ll support you and shape a caseload that plays to your strengths. Two of our vets have completed medical certificates with us, and we also see a small exotics caseload that could easily grow if this is an area you’d like to develop.

Hours That Fit Your Life

This role offers 8-hour shifts every Thursday and Friday, with early and late shifts worked on a rota basis, providing structure, balance and consistency.

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a friendly first-opinion 4.5 vet practice, supported by a dedicated nurse training programme and a welcoming reception team. We’re proud of our collaborative, close-knit environment where everyone plays a vital role.

Leadership That Listens and Supports

Our Clinical Directors, Emma and Holly, truly value their team and life outside of work. They run the diary with care to help ensure shifts finish on time and that protected admin time is built in. With an open-door policy, they actively encourage ideas to improve clinical standards, patient care, client experience and team education.

Quality Care Without Compromise

We believe in working with clients to find the best solutions for their pets, whatever the budget. Our team is supported to develop through tailored CPD, in-house learning, externships at larger practices within the group, and access to an external surgeon and ultrasonographer for more complex cases.
