Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], part of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon for their Crewkerne site. Salary up to £75,000 DOE plus £5,000 welcome bonus and £5,000 relocation allowance.

About the Practice

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] has been caring for pets for over 100 years. The main centre in Crewkerne is modern and purpose-built with video endoscopy, ECG, multiparameter monitoring, tonometry, digital dental X-ray, and an in-house laboratory. They work alongside a visiting specialist for advanced orthopaedic procedures. The team includes eight vets, 18 RVNs, and a dedicated client care team.

How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Full-time hours: 40 per week across four days, with a 1:3 Saturday morning rota (8:30am–1pm) on sole-charge basis.
  • Part-time applications of 30+ hours per week are welcomed.
  • No out-of-hours work.
  • A varied caseload including routine procedures and ECC work.
