What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the management accounting for our Group Service & IP Company, with a focus on Group Research & Development (RDEC) and Group IT. This role blends technical accounting, transfer pricing, stakeholder partnering and hands‑on involvement in audits and statutory accounts.

• R&D Transfer Pricing & Accounting: Own monthly R&D income and cost accounting across 19 territories; reconcile balance sheets; partner with Group Research team; build scalable transfer pricing processes; liaise with advisers on RDEC.
• IT Transfer Pricing & Project Accounting: Develop and maintain Group IT recharge model; deliver quarterly recharges; work with Product, Technology & Project Accounting teams; support transfer pricing interviews.
• Month‑End & Statutory Reporting: Review EBITDA performance for Group RDEC and IT; own balance sheet controls; lead audit elements; work with EY on statutory accounts.
• Continuous Improvement & Cross‑Functional Support: Partner with Group Tax; drive process improvement; handle ad hoc queries from Tax, Treasury, FP&A, M&A, Legal teams.

What you’ll bring

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Experience within an In-House, International GROUP Finance function
• Strong technical accounting skills, with working knowledge in Transfer Pricing
• Strong Finance business partnering, specific experience with Research
