Global Process Owner – Procure to Pay, Global Business Services
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] UK is seeking a Global Process Owner for Procure-to-Pay. This senior role manages the end-to-end P2P process globally.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Work with various global stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Form part of the SSC senior leadership team and work along the SSC Functional Lead and key Procurement team members.
- Be separate but have direct access to Continuous Improvements execution team.
- Maintain strong relationships with non GBS stakeholders including in country CFOs, finance teams, operational management and Group functions.
- Ensure user compliance and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead key improvement initiatives such as vendor rationalisation, Smart OCR, paid on time.
Experience/Qualifications
- Extensive end to end knowledge across the full P2P process.
- Experience of multiple service delivery models.
- Recognized as go-to-expert.
- Minimum 10+ years PTP experience in global finance environment.
- Proven track record of effective communication.
- Extensive experience in managing relationships within finance reporting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and change management skills.
- Ability to convey authority.
- Continuous learning mindset.
- Exposure to ERP software – SAP – Oracle preferred.
- Lean experience preferred.
