Global Process Owner – Procure to Pay, Global Business Services

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] UK is seeking a Global Process Owner for Procure-to-Pay. This senior role manages the end-to-end P2P process globally.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Work with various global stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Form part of the SSC senior leadership team and work along the SSC Functional Lead and key Procurement team members.
  • Be separate but have direct access to Continuous Improvements execution team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with non GBS stakeholders including in country CFOs, finance teams, operational management and Group functions.
  • Ensure user compliance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead key improvement initiatives such as vendor rationalisation, Smart OCR, paid on time.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Extensive end to end knowledge across the full P2P process.
  • Experience of multiple service delivery models.
  • Recognized as go-to-expert.
  • Minimum 10+ years PTP experience in global finance environment.
  • Proven track record of effective communication.
  • Extensive experience in managing relationships within finance reporting.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Ability to convey authority.
  • Continuous learning mindset.
  • Exposure to ERP software – SAP – Oracle preferred.
  • Lean experience preferred.
