Group Tax Reporting Lead
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a leading veterinary services provider. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the growing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Tax function.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Tax Reporting: Primary responsibility for preparation of the Group reporting tax note under IFRS, including ETR forecasting, cash taxes, uncertain tax positions, and working with Group Financial Reporting and external auditors.
- Tax Compliance: Drafting corporate tax technical notes, supporting tax audits, and working with Transfer Pricing lead on Pillar II reporting.
- Project Work: Involvement in restructuring, transfer pricing, corporation tax compliance, and development of Oracle TRCS reporting frameworks.
Experience/Qualifications
- Qualified accountant or tax advisor with several years post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record in corporate tax, including cross-border tax issues.
- Strong IT skills with accounting reporting systems.
- Effective communicator and ability to work on multiple projects.
