Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal

About the Role
Our Veterinary Surgeons:
- Consult throughout the day
- Have at least 1 full operating day per week
- Benefit from dedicated time for client communication, reporting results, and case discussions
Working Pattern
- 4-day week (approximately 41 hours)
- Minimum of 3 vets per day (usually 4), ensuring strong team support
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (consulting only) - Two vets on duty
- No out-of-hours work
