We are looking for a friendly person to join our team as a full-time Client Care Representative in our busy, customer-focused veterinary practice in Chalfont St Giles. We are a thriving practice with an excellent reputation in our local community and pride ourselves on our impeccable customer care. This role is fast-paced and fun with no working day the same so we are looking for calm and committed individuals who enjoy a challenge and work well under pressure.

Main Responsibilities

• Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide 5-star customer care
• Meeting and greeting clients with professionalism
• Booking appointments and diary management
• Managing telephone and email enquiries
• Taking payment for services and products
• Managing cash and end of day banking
• Cleaning and preparing rooms for consultations
• Opening and closing the practice

Working Pattern

This is a part-time permanent role working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 weekends. Weekends are Saturdays only from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
