Join Our Well-Equipped Practice

We pride ourselves on investing in high quality, modern equipment to deliver gold standard care. Our practice is equipped with:

  • Digital and dental X ray
  • Endoscopy and bronchoscopy
  • Ultrasound
  • A fully equipped in house laboratory

We generally see routine procedures however can open this to suit your interests, previously we have seen a range of cases from more advanced surgery through to BOAS. We also benefit from monthly peripatetic services in ophthalmology and cardiology, supporting broader case exposure and ongoing learning. Together, these facilities allow us to provide a comprehensive service for our patients while giving our team the tools to grow their skills and confidence.

You’ll be part of our loyal team of Vets and Nurses, shaping the practice as we develop during an exciting phase of recruitment and growth. Key highlights include:

  • Flexible working pattern with 4 or 5 days per week
  • A balanced role with 75% clinical and 25% non-clinical time

In this leadership role, you’ll go beyond clinical excellence to lead and inspire the wider team. You’ll develop and implement clinical protocols that support gold standard care and deliver training to build confidence and capability across the practice. You’ll also champion a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement, demonstrating the real value that strong leadership brings to both the team and the clients
