About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Grove Lodge Vets on a full-time basis. Grove Lodge Vets is a busy hospital providing both first-opinion and referral services, with a wide range of specialist disciplines. How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care. Responsibilities include:

  • Work across theatres, alongside vets, and general practice nursing
  • Support routine surgery and medical referral work-ups
  • Provide inpatient and day patient care in wards
  • Monitor and nurse a varied caseload of hospitalised patients
  • Carry out general nursing duties in a busy practice
  • Run nurse clinics including weight management, health checks, arthritis care, geriatric and wellness screening
  • Support client education and preventative healthcare initiatives
  • Work closely with vets and the nursing team to deliver high standards of care

You Might Be a Great Fit If...

  • Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS
  • Experience working in clinical practice, with growing confidence in medical and surgical nursing
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively

  • A passion for providing a high level of clinical care
