This role is responsible for developing clinical sales tools and training that highlight the clinical and economic value proposition of Ostomy Care and FMS using the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] selling framework and methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train our sales and me+/CIC team globally on when and how to use marketing assets, aligned with the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] sales process.
  • Work closely with SFE to ensure value proposition is key part of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] sales process training.
  • Create playbooks and clinical sales tools for Ostomy/FMS sales teams.
  • Build clinical selling training for product launches in Articulate Rise.
  • Synthesise and simplify marketing programmes for global sales reps.
  • Collaborate with global marketing team as central hub for sales tool development.
  • Drive ShowPad adoption through interactive content and usage tracking.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to create impactful commercial playbooks and clinical sales tools (battlecards, interactive sales aids, objection handling).
  • Experience creating and delivering training for product launches.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Rise.
  • Close collaboration with clinical, content, and SFE teams.
  • Drive ShowPad usage and run analytics reports.
  • Proactively seek feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; 2-5 years sales/marketing experience; nursing background desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and attention to detail.

Additional Information

Remote or hybrid working (2-3 days office). Preference for proximity to Paddington, London, UK or Lexington, US offices. Travel up to 25% within North America and Europe.
