About the Role
- Design and execute global Voice of Customer surveys
- Build text analytics models using AI for sentiment analysis
- Share insights via presentations and dashboards
- Define data fundamentals for personalized marketing
- Monitor and improve campaign performance
- Evaluate Dynamics Customer Insights platform
About You
- 7+ years in Customer Experience, VoC, or Marketing Effectiveness
- Proven global VoC programme experience
- Strong text analytics and sentiment analysis skills
- Expertise in customer segmentation and omnichannel marketing
- Hands-on campaign performance measurement
- Familiarity with CRM, CDPs, and marketing technology
