About the Role

About You

  • 7+ years in Customer Experience, VoC, or Marketing Effectiveness
  • Proven global VoC programme experience
  • Strong text analytics and sentiment analysis skills
  • Expertise in customer segmentation and omnichannel marketing
  • Hands-on campaign performance measurement
  • Familiarity with CRM, CDPs, and marketing technology
