Key Duties of a MHE Manager
- Prepare and deliver KPI packs and service reviews in conjunction with MHE providers.
- Field based advise and technical support.
- Liaise with both Service/Support & Procurement Managers.
- MHE fleet installation support.
- Point of contact for any short-term rental requirements.
- Keep up to date with news items and process updates as detailed on the Intranet system.
- Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information.
- Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business.
- Shadowing members of the MHE Team, to learn and develop your existing skills.
- Assist in any projects as directed by the Fleet management team.
- Liaise with Directors, General Managers, Operations Managers, their direct reports and Employees at all levels within the Group to continually improve compliance to the management systems.
- Bring to the attention of the Line Manager any perceived short comings in health and safety arrangements, situations or processes that you consider to be serious or which may present danger to you or others.
Operational support within busy department. To ensure MHE field-based service/support functions are achieved and carried out to the highest standard through positive working and a flexible approach whilst delivering an excellent Fleet service to our customer base.
