Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are looking for a highly organised and experienced Senior Scheduling & Forward Planning Producer to join a large-scale reality production shooting in a single European location. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of a complex shoot, requiring a proactive, detail-driven individual with strong logistical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and maintain detailed production schedules across the full shoot period
  • Lead all forward planning to ensure each filming day is fully prepped, resourced, and aligned across departments
  • Work closely with Production Management, Editorial, Casting, and Technical teams to ensure schedules reflect creative and operational priorities
  • Anticipate potential challenges and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
  • Ensure clear communication of schedules and updates across all departments
  • Coordinate logistics including crew movements, talent availability, and location access
  • Maintain flexibility to adapt schedules in response to evolving production needs
  • Support efficient use of time and resources on a fast-paced, high-volume shoot

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a Scheduling Producer / Forward Planning role on large-scale reality or entertainment productions
  • Proven ability to manage complex shoot schedules under pressure
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g. Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working on location-based shoots is highly desirable
  • Must be available for the full contract period (15th June – 6th July 2026)
