Description
Casting Producer for a social first Digital Dating Format. Start: ASAP - July. We're looking for an experienced Casting Producer to work on a digital-first dating show, sourcing authentic, entertaining contributors across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Cast bold, diverse, and culturally relevant talent
- Source via casting channels and networks
- Conduct interviews and assess chemistry/story potential
- Work closely with editorial to deliver engaging, shareable casts
- Manage contributors with strong duty of care
Requirements
- Proven experience casting dating formats
- Strong instinct for digital-first content and audiences
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work at pace
We would also not be able to cover any relocation costs so London based are best suited to this role, but not a must!
