Description
Working out of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] in London - [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’ Long Form department is looking for an Shooting Assistant Producer to work on [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s popular current affairs series ‘Tonight’ from 29th June – 4th September.
- Strong journalism skills and enthusiasm to get to the bottom of any story and interested in current affairs programming (Experience of producing consumer focussed programmes would be beneficial)
- Must be a really competent and creative self-shooter - this role is only suitable for a strong shooting AP who can shoot whole sequences, actuality and sit downs
- Technically aware and able to manage ingest of any number of formats and media management in general
- Ability to keep to budgets, fill out risk assessments, write call sheets
- Must have a driving license and be happy to drive
- Ability to work fast and efficiently under pressure
- Applicants should have at least 4 Assistant Producer credits across network television
- We are a friendly and dedicated team making two current affairs series for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] – Tonight and Exposure – as well as stand-alone special programming for the network.
- This role involves hybrid working in the office, from home, on location and may involve overnights on location.
