Description

Shift Supervisor is a central focal point for all operations conducted from the vessel during shift period. As Shift Supervisor you will direct and co-ordinate the operational teams and resources assigned to the project. You will perform assigned work-tasks in accordance with the established procedures and routines defined in the Company’s quality system and project procedure. As Shift Supervisor you will act as a Role Model for the teams, promote the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Subsea values and brand. You will maintain a close operational communication with the Offshore Manager, and work with ROV Supervisor, Deck Foreman, as well as onboard Client Representatives, approved sub-contractors and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Formal technical and/or administrative education.
  • Valid offshore safety/survival course.
  • Valid offshore seafarer’s medical certificate.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience from construction support offshore.
