Business Development Executive - North Scotland

This role is part of the Sales function and involves growing distribution of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s premium drinks portfolio in the On Trade channel.

About the Role

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s frontline representative in the On Trade channel. The role focuses on growing and maintaining distribution of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s market-leading portfolio through strong sales execution and in-venue activation.

  • Win new listings and grow sales in key independent On Trade outlets
  • Manage a territory to deliver clear sales and visit targets
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with licensees and venue managers
  • Bring [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brands to life through menus, POS and tailored in-venue activity
  • Train and engage bar teams to deliver great brand experiences and quality serves
  • Ensure the right products are available in outlets through effective visit and stock planning

Experience / Skills Required

  • Experience in sales, hospitality, brand activation or a customer-facing role
  • A commercial mindset and motivation to deliver against targets
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise across a territory
  • A genuine interest in brands and how consumers experience them
  • A full, valid driving licence and the ability to travel across the territory
  • A minimum of 12 months’ active UK driving licence is required
