Lender Panel Administrator

About the Role

We’re looking for a Lender Panel Administrator to support the smooth running of lender panel operations. This is a hybrid role with travel to our Thame office a few times a month. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate law firm records, supporting compliance processes, and acting as a point of contact for both lenders and law firms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Panel Administration & Compliance: Maintain and update law firm records across lender panels, process applications, support compliance checks.
  • Stakeholder Support & Communication: Handle queries from law firms and lenders via phone and email, build strong relationships.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Lender Services Manager and assist with ad hoc tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an administrative or support role; no prior industry experience required.
  • Skills: Strong organisational and time management, attention to detail, confident communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Core competencies include customer focus, communication, organisation, relationship building, results-driven, resilience, growth mindset.

Salary & Benefits
