About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will handle 15–25 calls per day, support workers through voice, chat, and email, and maintain high standards in QA, CSAT, and AHT. You will use tools like [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] to resolve issues efficiently. Shifts may start between 12:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. PT and include weekends. The next new hire cohort begins on June 8, 2026.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in your country of residence
- 1+ years of experience in voice, chat, or email support with QA, CSAT, and AHT metrics

- Proficiency in using [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], or [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] professionally in the last 6 months
- Ability to handle 15–25 calls per day from a quiet work environment with stable internet
- Pass a typing test (upload screenshot of results)
- Submit a voice recording responding to a worker escalation scenario
Compensation Details
The annual gross compensation is $35,000 – $40,000 for candidates in Canada and the United Kingdom (voice roles). European candidates may expect $24,000 – $36,000. Offers are based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and geographic location.
