Dental Receptionist

About the Role
- You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm, organised, and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone
- The salary for this role is from £13 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm, organised, and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone
- Welcoming and checking in our patients
- Managing appointment bookings and recalls
- Handling patient enquiries with confidence and empathy
- Supporting the clinical team with smooth day-to-day practice operations
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of organisation
Hours: This is a full-time permanent position, with no set working pattern, but the hours will typically be between 8.15AM-5:30PM Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
