Job Description
[Employer hidden] is seeking a freelance [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] architectural assistant for a part-time, office-based role in South London. The position requires proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one year of experience in residential architecture. Responsibilities include producing drawings in AutoCAD, working on building regulation drawing packs, and assisting with ancillary services.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the architectural team on producing drawings in AutoCAD
- Working on building regulation drawing packs
- Assisting with our Ancillary Services, Party Wall, CCTV Drainage Feasibility, Build Over Agreements
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Minimum one year of residential architecture experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, team-oriented, and confident communicating
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and basic knowledge of planning policies would also be advantageous
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
