[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a senior interior architect/designer to join its team in London. This full-time position offers a hybrid working pattern after six months, with a salary range of £48,000 - £56,000. The role involves leading 3-5 high-end residential projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Creating mood boards and concept designs
  • Researching and creating presentations for interior architectural fixtures and finishes
  • CAD for RCP, GA’s, elevations, room plans, sections, construction details
  • Producing full technical packs including CAD work and specification packs
  • SketchUp drawings for joinery designs and full interior architectural detailing
  • Presenting to clients
  • Carrying out site visits to oversee construction progress
  • FF&E research, presentations, bespoke designs, pricing and procurement

Requirements

  • Modern design outlook with a fun and creative approach
  • Creative, passionate, diligent, and organised
  • Technically-minded with thorough understanding of high-end residential construction
  • Professional communication skills
  • Commercially minded with good math skills
  • Knowledge of suppliers and sourcing interior architectural hard finishes
  • On-site construction experience
  • Formal training in architecture or interior architecture (preferred)
  • Ability to organise workloads for a small team
