Our team is made up of innovative and forward-thinking professionals from diverse design backgrounds. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, high-end residential interiors, combining refined aesthetics with technical excellence. We are looking for a designer with a strong eye for luxury, detail, and craftsmanship.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and highly organised senior interior designer with proven experience in high-end residential interiors and FF&E. The successful candidate will lead projects from concept through to completion, with a strong focus on design development, sourcing, and delivering bespoke interiors. You will be responsible for creating and curating sophisticated interior schemes, managing FF&E packages, and ensuring the highest standards of design execution across all stages. Working closely with the creative director, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including architects, interior designers, and project coordinators. This role requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple high-value projects in a fast-paced environment.

Current Projects

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is currently delivering three bespoke residential projects, each approximately 10,000 sq. ft., offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to exceptional, detail-driven luxury interiors.

Experience Required

  • Minimum four years’ professional experience in high-end residential interior design
  • Proven experience managing FF&E for luxury projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of high-end residential interiors from concept to completion
  • Develop and present refined design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes
  • Manage FF&E packages including sourcing, specifications, and procurement coordination
  • Produce drawing package intents (plans and elevations) where required
  • Create bespoke furniture, joinery, and interior detailing designs
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Design feature elements such as statement ceilings, walls, and custom finishes
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is delivered
  • Coordinate with in-house architects and external professionals
  • Oversee installations and styling to achieve a polished final result
