Customer Care Consultant

This is a full-time, office-based role with shift patterns of 8am–5pm or 11am–8pm, including two weekend shifts per month. The role offers uncapped commission with OTE £30k-£40k in the first year, comprehensive training, and fast career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and book valuation enquiries from website and online portals
  • Answer overflow calls from all offices
  • Monitor and manage [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] webchat
  • Contact new buyers within 24 hours of registration
  • Contact new sellers one week after instruction
  • Manage buyer and valuation leads from network estate agents

Requirements

  • Work in line with service goals, ensuring customers never have to ask twice
