The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior SEO Manager to own SEO and LLM-driven discoverability end-to-end across all [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brands and markets. This role sits within the Growth team and spans technical SEO, content & clinical authority, off-site authority, and LLM visibility.

What you’ll do

• SEO & LLM Strategy: Conduct full SEO audits, build unified roadmaps, track GenAI search changes.
• Technical SEO & Engineering Collaboration: Act as product owner for SEO engineering initiatives, partner with Engineering on templates, URL architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and crawlability.
• Content, Clinical & E-E-A-T: Scale clinically authoritative content, maintain refresh cycles, roll out author bios and schema.
• LLM Visibility & Off-Site Authority: Optimise for LLM inclusion, manage schema expansion and UGC influence.
• Measurement & Reporting: Track rankings, organic revenue, schema coverage, LLM inclusion.

What you’ll bring to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]

• 5–8+ years of SEO experience, including technical SEO at scale
• Proven cross-functional work with Engineering, Content and Data
• Strong grasp of E-E-A-T principles and clinical/authoritative content
• Curious about LLMs, GenAI search and AI Overviews
• Experience with international SEO (UK, US, DE, CA)
• Highly organised and detail-oriented

Nice to haves

• Understanding of medical, regulated or high-trust verticals
• Hands-on experience with structured data for medical content
• Early experience optimising for AI search or answer engines
