Salary: £25,400 to £27,092pa | Location: Sittingbourne, Kent | Type: Permanent, Full Time

Join our Care team as a Health Care Assistant at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], where you will be given the opportunity to expand on and learn clinical skills, care for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and support families through difficult times.

You will have a Level 2 qualification in a care related subject, or a willingness to complete, and experience of working with children and young people with complex medical needs.
You will need to have excellent communication skills with the capability to interact with teams and families at all levels with the ability to work in collaboration with other professionals.
This role requires a flexible approach to working and will be led by the needs of the case load.
There will also be potential opportunities to work in the community as the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Care at Home service expands. Shifts will include rotation onto days, nights, weekends and public holidays, for which additional enhancement payments will be made.
