[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd is hiring an Early Years Educator at their Cheam nursery. Salary up to £31,000 with potential bonus. Full-time role with 4-day or 5-day week options. Requires Level 2/3 Early Years qualification.

About the Role
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where children can thrive. You will:
- Support children’s learning and development through engaging experiences
- Deliver high-quality early years education in line with EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] curriculum
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues
- Observe, assess and support each child’s learning journey
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety
What we’re looking for
You will have:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, positive approach to building relationships
