About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where children can thrive. You will:

  • Support children’s learning and development through engaging experiences
  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] curriculum
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Observe, assess and support each child’s learning journey
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety

What we’re looking for

You will have:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, positive approach to building relationships
