You will report directly to the Chief People Officer and work as a genuine partner to the CEO, COO and functional leadership team.

  • Performance & development – Own performance management framework, design leadership development programmes, create conditions for high-performing inclusive organisation, drive promotion calibration processes.
  • Compensation, levelling & workforce planning – Exercise independent judgment on levelling and compensation equity, own workforce planning, partner on capability planning, provide executive team with organisational capability view.
  • Employee relations & culture – Own complex employee relations matters, shape culture, surface patterns and risks.
  • Diversity, equity & inclusion – Embed DEI in hiring, development, promotion; ensure equitable decisions; use people data to track diversity outcomes.
  • Data-driven people advisory – Build data-driven view of business population, bring data into leadership conversations, partner with People Ops & Data.
  • People function leadership – Lead People Partnership function, manage a lean team (HRBP US-based), partner with Heads of Talent, Ops & Data, Workplace & Experience.
