Night Receptionist
Shifts: 4 on - 4 off | Extra shifts/overtime available | £19576.10 per annum + 33% Night Shift Enhancement | Warford, United Kingdom
Job Introduction
We are looking to recruit a Night Receptionist to join our existing Reception Team to work in our Main Administration Building. You will be required to work 9:00pm – 7:00am on a 2 shift basis including some bank holidays. (4 on 4 off)
Role Responsibilities
- Evening lock up and securing buildings and gates across site
- Monitoring CCTV system (including main drive and barrier)
- Site patrols
- Escalating security and emergency incidents where necessary
- Meet & greet emergency services and direct to incident & handover information files & offer assistance if required
- Monitoring fire & intruder alarms and generator panel and responding where necessary
- Recording events/actions/incidents in log book
- You'll need to be a car driver
- Any other ad-hoc tasks
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will be warm and friendly with excellent communication skills; they will be flexible and committed to working as part of a team. Experience of Microsoft Office is desirable as is previous experience of working in a reception / administrative and/or security role front of house.
