- Take part in our structured Management Trainee Programme, learning from experts across multiple departments.
- Support the delivery of our smarter asset strategy by assisting with project work and operational reviews.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Use data, feedback, and initiative to identify improvements across the business.
- Develop your personal portfolio of achievements through regular rotation reviews and coaching support.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, driven, and ready to grow. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have great communication skills, and thrive when collaborating with others. If you’re passionate about transport, people, and progress, this could be your perfect start.
- Confident working with people at all levels, both internal and external.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload.
- Full valid UK driving licence is a must.
- Recent university graduate, or completing your undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the current academic year is a must.
