Salary: £37,000 per annum + £3,600 Car Allowance | Type: Full-time, Home-based

About the Role

As a Learning & Development Trainer at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will deliver high-impact training including Basic Life Support (BLS), Intermediate Life Support (ILS), Resuscitation Simulation Training, Emergency First Aid at Work, Ligature Risk Reduction, Safer People Handling – Core Skills, and Stop the Bleed. This is a home-based role with travel to services in Kent, Hampshire & Surrey.

What You’ll Bring

  • Registered Healthcare Professional (NMC or HCPC) or Level 4 FREC (desirable)
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (desirable)
  • Experience in a health or social care setting
  • Proven experience delivering training or teaching
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
